Angelina Jolie (Best Supporting Actress, Girl Interrupted, 2000) star in The
Bone Collector, a shattering suspense thriller which will both chill and
intrigue.
Lincoln Rhyme (Washington), a New York City detective specialising in
forensics was once the country's leading criminologist. A near fatal injury
in the line of duty has, however left him paralysed with little will to
live. Feisty, a street smart policewoman Amelia Donaghy (Jolie) is on the
verge of moving to a desk job but her last call as a street cop leads her to
the discovery of a gruesomely mutilated corpse. When Rhyme's fellow
detectives persuade him to take on the case, he pulls Amelia reluctantly
away from her new job to help him. Although an unlikely pairing, Amelia must
become Rhyme's ears, eyes and legs as they race against the clock to get
inside the mind of this madman and defeat him at his own game. For he WILL
